Wye Valley

Bells Hotel & Country Club

The Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty boasts some of the most awe-inspiring views that Britain has to offer. Straddling the border between England and Wales, just some of its incredible sights include dramatic cliffs, wooded glades, vast meadows, and stone fortifications from centuries gone by. During our trip, we’ll embark on a river cruise from the peaceful village of Symonds Yat. Passengers are often taken aback by sightings of leaping salmon and peregrine falcons. We’ll also hop aboard a train on the scenic Dean Forest heritage railway, which offers some of Gloucestershire’s prettiest sights as well as a visit to the beautiful market town of Ross on Wye, the gateway to the Wye Valley
