Bridlington, a coastal town and civil parish on the Holderness Coast of the North Sea, nicknamed the "Lobster Capital of Europe", belongs to the unitary authority and ceremonial county of the East Riding of Yorkshire. It is about 28 miles north of Hull and 34 miles east of York.
