Making a return for 2026! Home to the ‘most poetic of the English Cathedrals’, the cathedral city of Wells is home to the most focal point of the city, its market. Held over two days a week, it is  always busy with a wide range of wonderful food stalls and artisan crafts.

The Swan Hotel, Wells

This four star hotel has a fantastic location in the city of Wells, being right in the centre with plenty of shops and places to visit. For 600 years they have had many guests enjoy this wonderful inn, with a few famous faces too. The Cathedral is directly opposite the hotel and you can admire its magnificence from our outside seating area, directly leading into the Cathedral gardens. All rooms include an en-suite bathroom, freeview television, tea/coffee making facilities and WiFi. Please note that there is not a lift at this hotel.
